Review of Dairy Free Waffle at Hvala CHIJMES by katherinegloria

I am obsessed! The dairy free waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can choose how many scoops of gelato you want on top with the flavours of your own choice! I went with the matcha and goma (black sesame) gelato which were amaaaaazing 😮‍💨 The waffles were drizzled with golden syrup & dusted with powdered sugar & matcha powder, alongside a sprinkle of fragrant genmai (toasted rice) to give it that finished look. This is something you can’t miss on their menu!

Hvala has several outlets around the city with at least 90% of their menu being vegan-friendly. Do visit the outlet located at CHIJMES, the atmosphere is unparalleled there. I am eager to revisit this place and go through each item on their menu one by one!
