I’ve never had goat cheese before, so I can’t compare, but I grew up on goat milk and can say that this certainly has a flavor that’s identical to what I remember.. Their website has some unique recipes that I definitely want to try out next time, but for this one, I finished it too quick using it as a spread on crackers and as a topping in my salads.This is mainly made from sunflower seeds, which means that way less water was used to make this then nuts. As an added bonus, there’s probiotics in this.
