Review of Hot Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich at The Herbivorous Butcher by iszy

I love Caesar salad, so when I saw that HB had this sandwich as their hot panini special I had to try it out! It was one of the sauciest HB sandwiches I've had. It has both Caesar dressing and mayo, which I felt could have just been all Caesar. The arugula and tomatoes tasted fresh and gave a good flavor to the sandwich. The seitan chicken was super meaty and there was a lot in the sandwich. It got kind of monotonous, but I'd think any sandwich this size would.
