Wow this chorizo was amazing! Excellent taste (with no strange aftertaste), and texture that rivals actual chorizo.  This might be an unpopular opinion, but I like this better than the Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo. Tried this plain with some corn tortillas, but next time I plan to use some Just Egg to make some huevos con chorizo.
