Review of Falafel & Tabbouleh Salad at Proud Mary by jabseatsvegan

I always order a side of roasted veggies when I order a salad because vegan salads usually lack somehow (I love my food haha) but wow was I pleasantly surprised by this salad. It was a whole meal on its own. I loved how the flavors came together nicely and well balanced. I was completely satisfied, will be ordering it again.

I have to say, Proud Mary is the first non-vegan restaurant that I've been to that I have thourougly enjoyed their meals and not finding a single fault, I applaud their efforts to making great vegan dishes.
