I enjoyed cooking the jackfruit, it was just a bit tedious to prepare it for cooking though, the recipe needed the core to be discarded. It was my first time eating jackfruit so not sure if I’d have to do this every time more

This is my new favorite waffle. My non-vegan friend ordered this one and they deemed it the best tasting waffle they’d ever had. The accompanying ice cream was also delicious.

The best Malva Pudding ever. I was speechless on this one, just perfection. It’s a favorite and will be difficult to give other desserts a chance. Also loved the presentation.

Absolutely loved the risotto, prepared to perfection and great presentation. Combination of flavors came together nicely.

I was disappointed with this meal. It would’ve been great if the schnitzel had a bit of vegan sauce on top.
