I enjoyed cooking the jackfruit, it was just a bit tedious to prepare it for cooking though, the recipe needed the core to be discarded. It was my first time eating jackfruit so not sure if I’d have to do this every time I use it. Although I was a bit lazy with making it look like meat, it definitely looked like meat so it was sleep quite impressive. My meal was delicious and will definitely be cooking with it again, I absolutely love it.
