A really wholesome meal that is truly elevated with its flavours. The artichoke and pomegranate salad served with the spanakopita is nice but I wish it had more than two small artichoke halves.

Smoked Sweet Potato VG 65 Whipped tahini, ginger & corn salsa, coriander, garlic flakes, beetroot dust Loved this small plate. Only complaint is that it came out cold..not sure if its supposed to be that way but I think it would have been so much better warm.

Beautifully trendy and stylish looking restaurant. I liked the layout of the interior and the atmosphere had a pleasant quietness to it. Perfect for one to enjoy their experience. The menu had some nice vegan options from which I settled for the Falafel & Tabbouleh salad. The salad exceeded my expectations and it was just the type of salad I love to eat. The falafels fulfilled their crispy promise. Loved the citrus and the sweet burst of pomegranate seeds. And I scraped that plate clean of the yummy beetroot hummus. All the flavours worked well with one another. The whole dish was scrumptious. If you have ever eaten Cauliflower you know it's very bland, but this dish, oh my!!! A huge piece of Panko Crumbed Cauliflower (that has a mouthfeel of fried fish or a crispy chicken Schnitzel) drenched in a cashew cream, served with a dukkah and a crispy artichoke salad. Unique, Filling and Very appetizing. Pleasantly surprised to have been able to enjoy a full main meal that is on the same level as the meat dishes.

I always order a side of roasted veggies when I order a salad because vegan salads usually lack somehow (I love my food haha) but wow was I pleasantly surprised by this salad. It was a whole meal on its own. I loved how the flavors came together nicely and well balanced. I was completely satisfied, will be ordering it again. I have to say, Proud Mary is the first non-vegan restaurant that I've been to that I have thourougly enjoyed their meals and not finding a single fault, I applaud their efforts to making great vegan dishes.

So, when I ordered the roasted veggies, I expected "roasted veggies". Man, was I surprised when this beautifully presented and plated veggies were presented to me. They were well cooked and crunchy & crisp. The "gravy" was delicious and just added to the flavor so beautifully. The potato was very surprising, flavourful and great texture. Will definitely be ordering them again.

Roasted red pepper & tomato soup, harissa, crispy leeks, soft pretzel. Soup (VG) pretzel (V) *A little frustrated with this because I order led this and asked our waitron if this meal was vegan and they confirmed it was. However, now that I looked this up on their website to see the name of the soup, I see the bagel labelled vegetarian only. Sigh. I decided to be transparent and post this as is because even as a seasoned vegan I still make mistakes. That being said the soup was incredible and I give it an❗8/10.

Cauliflower Schnitzel 💸140 Panko crumbed cauliflower steak, dukkah, cashew cream, romesco, braised leeks, crispy artichoke & herb salad (VG). My date let me steal a bite and I can confirm it is on point! Crispy on the outside but not mushy or hard on the inside ❗ 9/10.
