
These are great classic bagels. This is the brand I got before I was vegan, so it's great that I didn't have to stop buying them. They're nice and soft and I like that they're precut. The "everything" seasoning on it unfortunately gets a bit soft, but that's hard to avoid. I generally just like getting plain bagels then adding the seasoning on later so it maintains texture.
My favorite bagel creation recently has been caprese bagels. I used vegan cream cheese, homegrown tomatoes and basil, balsamic vinegar, and salt 🥯🍅🌿
