Organic mellow white Miso by Miso MasterIszy's Review (Jul 30, 2022)

This was my first time using miso and I'm glad that I can now make delicious miso broths on my own! This tub was way more expensive than I was expecting, but it was the only option at Whole Foods. I'm going to really have to really power through this before it goes bad. I'm also planning on trying a lobster mushroom mac and cheese recipe using it.

i have kept that in my fridge for years. it lasts a long time. it's great for making gravy also.
