Review of Quinoa thai Salad at Alive by chloslo

A really liked this salad! Made with a quinoa and iceberg lettuce base, topped with a turmeric crumbled tofu, cabbage, peas, pickled carrots, cilantro, and dressed with a creamy peanut sauce! I only wish that they had used a green with more nutritional value than iceberg lettuce.
