Lovely lunch cooked by @vegananu. Brown rice with curry and carrot, cucumber salad. The curry is made with rescued ingredients like banana blossoms, tomato paste. The taste is aromatic and lightly spicy; really yummy and you wish you have some bread to mop up the sauce! Salad is light and fresh.
