Lovely lunch cooked by @vegananu. Brown rice with curry and carrot, cucumber salad. The curry

is made with rescued ingredients like banana blossoms, tomato paste. The taste is aromatic and lightly spicy; really yummy and you wish you have some bread to mop up the sauce! Salad is light and fresh.

Miso potato carrot stew. There are also chickpeas with celery, tomatoes and onions. Hearty and

good with brown rice. One dish from volunteer lunch at the Kampung.
