Ok seriously maybe the best dessert in Singapore!
If you’ve noticed the mango in the name and wondering where it is, there’s a huge amount of fresh mango custard that’s hidden under the pavlova which is more like a dome sitting on top of the mango.
This was so damn good and 100% vegan the way it is. Had the distinct crunch and melt in your mouth goodness of pavlova. And the mango custard just made it 100x better!
