⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was amazing! It’s been a while since I went to Mandala Club and mostly it’s because the vegan food was not very good but I’m starting to change my mind. Maybe it’s all the pokes and feedback we’ve been sharing but they finally have a vegetarian menu, which is filled with a lot of cheesy dishes, and a few vegan options. I haven’t had anything like this before! Finely chopped cauliflower, slivered cucumber and onions, all made into a lovely tabbouleh (actually not sure if there was any parsley in here!) and served on a bed of hummus. I paid $6 extra for 3 falafel balls which were delicious but eaten (by me) before I could take a photo. I think every meal should be on a bed of hummus 🌞 #mandalaclub #singapore
