This was an interesting flavor for a blue pea ice cream. The matcha cakey bits makes it sweeter. I don’t think blue pea has a particular flavor on its own. 👀
The ice cream has a rich coconut taste, and I think it’s because of the base ingredients. It’s made with a combo of coconut, cashew, and almond milk.
