I have no clue why these are called falafel 🥙 Just because something is made from chickpeas and in a round shape doesn’t make it a falafel. It is tasty, but nothing close to real falafel. They are rather mushy when prepared and don’t form a crust - not in the air fryer, nor pan fried in oil
