26 bolinhas de falafel (grão de bico e especiarias). Faço na air fryer mas também ficam ótimos feitos no forno! É mais saudáveis. São bons mas nada de por aí além

I have no clue why these are called falafel 🥙 Just because something is made from chickpeas and in a round shape doesn’t make it a falafel. It is tasty, but nothing close to real falafel. They are rather mushy when prepared and don’t form a crust - not in the air fryer, nor pan fried in oil

Comprei por estar em promoção no continente e como nunca tinha experimentado pensei em ser uma boa altura para o fazer. Traz uma boa quantidade. O valor nutricional é muito bom (um A). Mas, pessoalmente não adorei o sabor e por isso, é algo que muito provavelmente não voltarei a comprar.
