Review of Classic Valmon Poke at The Plant Food by shawneofthedead

Absolutely DELICIOUS. Hearty and healthy to boot - this is just such a gorgeous bowl of joy! The valmon (made of konjac) is beautifully, fragrantly seasoned so it actually tastes like the sea, with a pleasing texture genuinely reminiscent of sashimi. The serving size is beyond generous - I found myself digging in and wondering, fairly often, how I had barely made a dent in the bowl! Packed with goodness like avocado, corn, edamame, carrots, cherry tomatoes and wakame.

I actually prefer this to the spicy tuna version, which proved too spicy for me in the end. This was the perfect non-spicy alternative. HIGHLY recommended!!
