Review of roasted chestnuts - Galil by bandita

These are such a great deal at Costco's that I bought them there knowing that I'd have additional packs left after making the Wellington filling from Gaz Oakley's recipe (2nd photo after Wellington was cut, to show the inside) for a Christmas dinner. This added a nice savory flavor and texture to the vital wheat gluten. I'll probably use the rest of the chestnuts for stuffing and stews. This is a great source of potassium and fiber. #avantgardevegan
