I only give 5 stars ⭐️ for foods with high nutritional value.
If I am not mistaken, this dish literally means ‘smashed chicken’. Don’t worry, no sentient beings were harmed in the making of this dish.
It’s pretty ‘meat-like’ and the taste and texture is close enough. I don’t need it to taste like meat. But for those who do, this is a good option.
