This is one of my favorite vegan product so far.

Most products are very processed which is not the case of this delicious carrot lox: organic swiss carrots, organic sunflower oil, organic apple cider vinegar and salt.

The taste is really smoky and sweet like a good salmon/trout product, minus the cruelty of course. The texture is pulled pieces which works fine too.
