Unfortunately don't think it's worth the money. Tastes ok but not mind-blowing. Considering it's only
some carrots and oil as ingredients, it's extremely overpriced imo.
The nicest smoked "salmon" I've had so far was when my roommate made it with liquid smoke and nori sheets.

This is one of my favorite vegan product so far.
Most products are very processed
which is not the case of this delicious carrot lox: organic swiss carrots, organic sunflower oil, organic apple cider vinegar and salt.
The taste is really smoky and sweet like a good salmon/trout product, minus the cruelty of course. The texture is pulled pieces which works fine too.

SPAZIALE!!!!! A primo assaggio, da solo così com'è, è molto buono anche se lascia un
gusto piuttosto dolce sul finale dato dalle carote però provato su un avocado toast condito con sale e pepe è da non credere!! Sa esattamente di salmone affumicato 🤩🤩🤩😍😍 Trovato alla COOP in Svizzera, appena ne avrò l'occasione lo ricomprerò sicuramente anche se costicchia
