As a big fan of aperitif I’m always happy to find new products. Would buy them again.
I usually don’t like pasta made with other flours than wheat (shame on me), I tried it because my gluten sensitive sister-in-law gave it to me. Surprise: I liked it a lot! Stayed nice “al dente”.
The best part is: it tastes good, reminds me a bit of Swiss cottage cheese. The list of ingredients is less funny, hardly any proteins and a lot of saturated fats. In short: I won’t buy it again, I just bought it out of curiosity.
I found the taste of soy sauce too intense at the beginning, I rinsed it with cold water before using it. It came out very nice. I will definitely buy it again and try more recipes.

Plant based butter based on coconut, sunflower and canola oil. Doesn’t convince everyone in the family, personally I think it’s nice.
