Unfortunately don't think it's worth the money. Tastes ok but not mind-blowing. Considering it's only some carrots and oil as ingredients, it's extremely overpriced imo.
The nicest smoked "salmon" I've had so far was when my roommate made it with liquid smoke and nori sheets.
