Review of Fettuccine Bolognese at Manggis in Canggu by veganbastard
It’s fettuccine in our homemade ragu sauce with minced vegan meat, tomatoes, sautéed onions, red bell pepper, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh basil. The minced vegan meat is made from chickpea and soy protein, mushrooms, carrots and celery, so it‘s not only delicious but also a great source of protein and nutrients. It is topped with a creamy cashew cheese sauce and served with a slice of crispy pesto bread 🙌🏽
It‘s super delicious, nutritious and - have you noticed - comes in the colors of Christmas (red, green and gold) 😁
