The minced vegan meat is made from chickpea and soy protein, mushrooms, carrots and celery, so it‘s not only delicious but also a great source of protein and nutrients. It is topped with a creamy cashew cheese sauce and served with a slice of crispy pesto bread 🙌🏽
It‘s super delicious, nutritious and - have you noticed - comes in the colors of Christmas (red, green and gold) 😁
