This was kind of disappointing - the flavour profile of the kung pao sauce doesn't really come through; it was so bland that the dish wasn't quite unified. The individual components all tasted great - tofu chunks, cashew nuts, edamame beans etc - but just not really as a whole. #veganisnotscary
