Eggplant balls made of Australian eggplants, garlic, spring onion, ginger, sesame oil, home-made hoisin sauce, alfalfa sprouts!  
A bit surprise by the way their cooked it! Quite innovative! Outside soft once bite you got the smashed eggplant 🍆! I think the alfalfa not so fantastic else I will give 5 star! Maybe go with pea sprout will be more tasty 
. Good dish 👍🏻
