Bean Curd at Mother Chu's Vegetarian Kitchen — jenl's Review (Nov 13, 2021)

Can't remember the exact name of this dish, but it was amazing! Layers of bean curd, thinly sliced potatoes and green beans, topped with dried chillies. The bean curd was chewy and delicious.
