Lotus Root at Mother Chu's Vegetarian Kitchenjenl's Review (Nov 13, 2021)

Lotus roots covered in a batter and fried, topped with a light sauce and basil leaves. Amazing dish - so crispy, textural and moreish. Fun presentation - it came out sizzling hot and the waiter poured the sauce on top, releasing a cloud of steam.
