Scrambled Tofu Soft Tacos

Sprig & Vine

Seasoned tofu with avocado, smoked paprika crema, ranchero sauce, cilantro,  and greens. So delicious! 

The corn tortilla fell apart right away, so it was hard to eat by hand. Other than that, perfect!
