Review of Raw Crispy Lasagne at Afterglow By Anglow by windgal

Interesting concept. I see this more like a salad than a main dish; certainly not heavy like a typical lasagne. I neither love nor dislike it. The vegan cheesy dressing was rich but I personally prefer it more savory and less sweet. Compared to Afterglow's burger mains, this was far less filling.
