Review of Adom Pita at Miznon Singapore by raffymabanag

**NEW VEGAN OPTION** Thanks @roshninagaria for alerting me about this!

Note: Make sure you order "Adom", not "Adom Yam" as the latter contains calamari.

The pita bread, as usual, is very soft and fluffy. The tahini sauce is perfectly spicy and creamy, onions are crunchy, and the roasted tomatoes are juicy and sweet. I definitely enjoyed this pita!

kerent10 I really enjoy reading the reviews on #miznon dishes 😋 and it’s funny the name of this dish is actually in Hebrew… “Adom” means red. I guess because of the tomatoes 🍅 (and by the way, “Yam” means sea 🌊 so Adom Yam means sea red)4 likesReply
raffymabanag Thank you for enlightening us with the meaning of the dish :) this is an Israeli restaurant in Singapore, so it makes sense that it is in Hebrew :) 1 likeReply
danielgl Maybe like the Red Sea off the Sinai peninsula! 2 likesReply
