Adom Pita is a special pita by Miznon created for the World Vegan month, in

collaboration with @abillion10.

What is inside my special Adom Pita
===========================
On the menu, the vegetables are very simple, Maggi Tomatoes 🍅, onions, chilli & Tahini.

1) The Maggi Tomatoes are sliced into halves, charred and cooked to perfection. The redness of the tomatoes stood out vibrantly inside the pita 🤩

2) The green chillies are finely chopped and served as a topping over the tomatoes

3) The Tahini is generously spread within the inner walls of the pita☺️

4) I have specially requested my pita without the charred onions. Hence, I wouldn’t be able to review the onions & the spring onion too.☺️

How does my Adom Pita taste like
=============================
Awesomely delicious!!!

The Maggi tomatoes tasted so fresh, sweet & juicy…they are so soft when I bite into it.

Thankfully the chopped green chillies are very mildly spiced without overpowering the star of the dish, & I love it 😍

The Tahini is very creamy and smooth.

The Pita is so soft & fluffy. It has a deep pocket to hold all its ingredients and yet strong enough to hold in the juicy ingredients. 👍🏻

All the flavours from the Tahini sauce, the chopped chilli, the juicy Maggi Tomatoes, and the Pita all came together in union, complementing each other and yet distinctively unique in its own way.

My first bite into my Adom Pita was so good…so good! I simply love ❤️ it so much! Miznon has definitely aced this one!

Friendliness of staff
===============
Excellent!

As I watched the video posted by @abillon, I realised how chunky the onions 🧅 are. If the onions are finely chopped & served within a dish, I am alright with the taste. As the onions are served in chunks and charred, I knew I wouldn’t be able to stomach the strong flavours of the onions 🧅 .

Hence, I kindly requested for the onions to be excluded and be replaced with more tomatoes 🍅. I also requested the spring onion to be excluded too. The cashier was very accommodating & kindly agreed to my special request. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ambience of Miznon
===============
I love the simple & relaxed feel of the restaurant. There are tables inside, just outside, & by the roadside for you to choose.

The music is fast & happening inside. I was just in the mood for a quiet, & relaxing time. Hence, I look for outdoor dining tables.

Tables paired with benches were just outside the restaurant. I loved the benches but they were taken by other happy diners.☺️

I sat at the tables by the roadside. It wasn’t a safety concern as Miznon has created a very nice & simple fence with wood. There are very few cars that drove by too. The gentle warm rays of sun ⛅️ and nice cool breeze made my first dining at Miznon such a lovely one.

The dining chairs are beautifully made with wood & rattan. I just love the feel of the natural rattan. The backrest is very special. It moves & flips! I lean back and gave my upper body a very good stretch! A much needed one after the generous serving of food at Miznon! 🤣

How much is it
=============
Priced at S$19, it is the most expensive pita in the “Wild Vegetables Animals” category. 😅

Is Adom Pita worth it
================
Yes!!! Miznon definitely lives up to its reputation of great food!

The Adom pita has a very pleasing and beautiful colour combination 👍🏻 the bright red

of the tomatoes and the green compliments each other very well and it makes you want to dig straight in!

The price of this isn’t cheap😅 could feed a family of four at those mixed vegetables rice stalls. But you’re paying for great quality.

I have ate many dishes and types of food before, and the moment I tasted this pita, the quality and flavor of this just bursts in your mouth. You can taste the quality, care and the love they have put into making this pita.

I requested for no onions and to replace with more tomatoes, but I think they barely put at extra tomatoes, and I’m guessing due to the cost. But without the onions the pita is alittle flat and half its original size 😂

The tomatoes were very juicy. And the finely chopped green chili added that extra kick. Wasn’t too spicy at all. The tahini is soo good. Not like those I buy at the supermarkets (I really don’t like those tahini) but very sweet, slightly salty, and not overwhelming in the sesame seed taste or bitterness.

The pita was nice and fluffy, chewy. Super juicy that when we picked it up and bite, the juice from the tomatoes and the tahini flowed out!

The outside seating was great. The seats inside Miznon, they had pretty loud music that wasn’t to my liking. Nice place, although far from the mrt.

We ate and ate until we could barely walk back to the MRT 😂

I would go back for their pita, and delicious free flow of whole chili, pita and tahini. But I don’t think I’ll visit often, as the price is alittle on the high side and not easily accessible.

Good job in quality and nice pita 👍🏻

Thank you Miznon & @abillion10 for this awesome collab 👏 I’m feeling seizurely as ever

& my insomnia is truly killing me so this fully fits the #comfortfood bill 💆‍♀️ This #worldveganmonth I remain as vegan as ever, but I finally have someone to celebrate it with! @m1tch9i is visiting from Kuching and I absolutely needed her to try this wonderful #israelifood 🙌 The #pita as always is their strong suit, but really this wrap tells a story of two flavours ✌️ 1. Onions 🧅 2. Tomatoes 🍅 It’s really just these two things dialled to eleven & overpowering everything else. Juicy too! The tomatoes leak and ooze out as you bite into it, a really drippy mess 🫢 which is why I genuinely prefer having their food as #takeout so nobody can see me eat like the gremlin I actually am 🧌 The #onion overpowers for me & truly I’m not big on white onions unless they are significantly charred or pickles and these.. just weren’t 😬 Too powerful an aftertaste, but I can think of quite a few people that would actually really enjoy this!

I’ll never forget my 1st bite out of Miznon 🥹 how incredible it was, in

spite of it not even being fresh dining in 🤪 Then again, stuffed #pita is quite a #conveniencefood that keeps well even with time 😙

I can’t overstate enough how sensational this was 😳 I grew up detesting #tomatoes and #onions 😑 slowly i grew to enjoy them in very specific contexts. This was the 1st time I ever delighted in both so enthusiastically! 😝 The #pitabread was perfectly bouncy but so soft. It had a char slightly lighter than the onion and #cherrytomatoes 😋 Best of all was the God-sent #tahini 🥹 Each mouthful just oozed with that much more flavour after each bite. Then, refreshing leaves of #lettuce would bring back down the richness 😛

I think this was around a hefty $20ish but when in SG… 😜

Its gets pretty messy on those last bites but totally worth it to me 🥰

Our family went to #miznon after reading the @abillion10 and @vikas posts about the launch

of the Adom Pita. $1 will be donated for any purchase and the best review will get a prize.

The venue was so chillax and cool with the lovely alfresco table and chairs set amidst a lush greenery. It is also very easy to park there as roadside just besides the restaurant. It is also within walking distance from Telok Ayer mrt.

The staff are so energetic and the music was so pulsating. The whole experience of dining is pleasure to the eyes and taste.

The Adom pita came at a price of $19. We asked for the onions and spring onions to be removed because we are allium free and the staff happily do it for us. I just fell in love with the pita.

The bread is so soft and fragrant, and the tomatoes sweetly charred. The winner is the sauce which just makes the whole pita melts in your mouth. But we think the sauce contains a bit of garlic.

You won’t go hungry here if you are a big eater and find the pita too small for you as there is free flow of pita bread with green chilli and Tahini.

@fulfilling mentioned that Miznon set up the place as an Israeli street food concept and wow the experience is out of this world! It will be a great place to chill with your friends and family!

Eating at #miznon is definitely worth it. They will be celebrating their 2nd birthday coming 3 Dec 2022 and I’ll definitely be back there for more!

Well this tasted good 👍. The filling was not a lot as we requested for

no onions. I thought it was a little bit expensive I could really taste the quality. 👍👍👍

The music there was a little loud for me. I liked the free flow pitas 😂 but everytime we walked past the counter to get more a bit paiseh 😂😂😂

Personally, the tahini was a bit rich for me. But the green chilli was really good 👍

**NEW VEGAN OPTION** Thanks @roshninagaria for alerting me about this!

Note: Make sure you order

"Adom", not "Adom Yam" as the latter contains calamari.

The pita bread, as usual, is very soft and fluffy. The tahini sauce is perfectly spicy and creamy, onions are crunchy, and the roasted tomatoes are juicy and sweet. I definitely enjoyed this pita!

Wow! This was really delicious! New found favourite at Miznon! Consisting of charred Maggie tomato,

onions, chilli and spring onion in their soft and fluffy pita. All the ingredients were nicely charred. The Maggie tomato was incredibly sweet and juicy. Great vibes and friendly staff. 100% will return!

For this month, $1 will be donated to ACRES for every sale of Adom pita ($19++).

So half of my team are obsessed with this pita that I just had to

try it, and yes, it is pretty great!

There is a nice kick of chili, the cauliflower is cooked beautifully and all in all is a nice, rounded pita. It is on the larger side, and I did struggle to finish it - so make sure you try it on an empty stomach!
