Urm, not too sure what mock this is, but it was good. I thought it was "chicken", but the texture doesn't feel like it.
Chewier and abit "bouncy".
But the sauce used for it was very good! Sweet and salty!

I love Brinjal 💞 this was cooked really well. Nicely soft and creamy. Looks pretty oily, but I don't find it as oily as others I tasted. Not much taste or flavor from the sauce they added, but overall, still awesome 👍

Crunchy celery, Xiao Bai cai (?), And hairy gourd. Although the hairy gourd was cut into cute quarter circles instead of the usual strips! 💞

Some of my favorites to order when I choose mix vege rice are Tau Kee and Potato!
Glad that this dish have both together and I don't have order two separate dishes instead 🤣 although I saw only Tau Kee when checking out more

The mee fen is well cooked! Nice and springy, but still soft. It isnt too salty, perfect 🤩
When I feel like having something more fattening than rice 😅🤣 the dishes I had with it are no better 😅😅
