Be sure to ask them to make these vegan and they’ll hook you up. Not my favorite #dandan noodles but still hit the spot. Overall I’d ask them to make them even spicier next time 🌶🌶🌶

vikas Hey Hugh, there’s a bunch of places in Singapore that can make spicy dan dan noodles. I think the quality of the noodles is key and some places use egg noodles so gotta watch out for that. I’d say for quality it’s definitely Shisen Hanten, which is a Sichuan restaurant run by a Japanese chef who’s grandfather started some of the first Chinese restaurants in Japan way back. 4 likesReply
