A nice cold appetizer. Peanut sauce was very flavorful

Bound spinach is then spread apart and mustard sauce poured over it. Delicious

A novel version of mapo, flavor and texture were good and it was fun scraping the pumpkin out after. Could have still been spicier / more mala though.
