one of 3 cheeses i tested for #NationalCheeseDay, this has a strong flavor which doesn't appeal much to me personally, but it is nutritious due to the sunflower seed base: a 38 grams serving has 5 grams protein, 2 grams fiber, 40% DV Vitamin E, 20% Magnesium, Manganese & Thiamin, 15% B6 & Selenium, 10% Niacin.
