Review of VFC Meal at Vege Pot 素砂煲 by evilratking

today at lunch the lady told me about their latest efforts at making VFC— as someone who loves fried food, i had to try it and i’m so glad i did! the batter is amazing and crunchy.. so well balanced with the soft and fibrous texture (of the mushrooms?) on the inside. it comes with an array of delicious sides that axcompanied the VFC : baked beans, fries and even a salad made outta thinly sliced fruits and veggies (even mint!) a nice touch as that was a real palate cleanser at the end of the meal. it was 7.90SGD and real filling, i’d eat this ALL the time. truly a junk food vegan’s dream come truuu 🥳🦋
