Review of Aubergine And Lentil Moussaka at The Courtyard Café by theflipsideofg
I was super impressed with this dish, and pleasantly surprised that it was served with a super fresh green salad. Aubergines, lentils in a not too tangy tomato sauce topped with mash potato and grated vegan cheese - I like. (It's also available as a frozen meal at a fair price.)
