Delicious! And I don't often say that about a toasted sandwich. It was so generously filled with sundried tomato pesto, vegan cream cheese (nut-based), tomato, baby leaf spinach and avocado - I loved it.

The great thing about travelling is visiting vegan spots that you ordinarily wouldn't get a chance to go to. I stopped over here twice - on my way in and out of Port Elizabeth - because it was that good.

Another great curry paste from Taste The Paste, packed with flavour. I love that all the ingredients are listed and that it doesn't have any preservatives (I keep it in the freezer for a longer shelf-life).

What gorgeous flavours! The green curry sauce packed a punch of flavour with a hint of chilli, and the tofu had a lovely coating on the outside - another firm favourite of mine. Served with jasmine rice, also perfectly cooked.
