What gorgeous flavours! The green curry sauce packed a punch of flavour with a hint of chilli, and the tofu had a lovely coating on the outside - another firm favourite of mine. Served with jasmine rice, also perfectly cooked.

Well, you can't come to an apple farm without having their homegrown homemade apple juice. It was lovely and fresh, perfectly complimented by the ginger and mint.

Simply delicious. Every single component of this very pretty bowl was full of flavour - even the humble cucumber (which I'm usually not a fan of). And I found it to be rather filling (must be the quinoa).
