Review of Earl Grey Blueberry Cake at Loving Nature by moosewong

My first vegan birthday cake - I was very excited, and it did not disappoint. The cake and frosting was a little denser than I expected, but I think it's much harder to make things fluffy when it's vegan, and I didn't mind. The cake had a nice strong tea flavor, and blueberries (my favorite fruit!) were a refreshing addition. It's a bit pricey compared to non-vegan cakes but this was actually one of the most affordable vegan cakes I could find in HK already. Overall I'm just very happy to have had this cake and it was the perfect size to share with my small family :)
