Review of Ei-Ersatz - Biovegan by mchiara
From the way I tore the bag open, you can see how frustrated I am with this product... I tried five (FIVE) packs with different recipes and I can't make this work for the life of me! Everything I bake with it remains uncooked in the middle. If someone has tips, please let me know... It would be so cool if it worked...
(I will update the review if I can ever bring myself to try using it again.)

david- Ok so I had similar problems. Did you follow the instrudtions precisely? (Mix 5 g of vegetable egg substitute with 50 ml of sparkling water. Then add the other liquid ingredients and beat together until frothy. Mix the dry ingredients well and stir with the mixed liquid to form an even mass.) 1 likeReply
