Nutritional Yeast Powder from Prozis. High in B12 [10μg per 100g (400% NRV)]. #glutenfree High in protein (49g per 100g).
Also contains thiamine, riboflavin, potassium, magnesium, iron & zinc.
Ingredients: 100% inactive dry yeast.
I had never tried powdered nutritional yeast before but this tastes awful on its own 😖 If added to soups, smoothies, porridge’s, or anything liquid, it’s quite alright. But forget about adding this powder to salads, pastas, risottos, pizzas, etc. Really awful flavour on its own 😖

pbsofia Me too but have you tried this one though?? 😖 I had never tried any other Nooch besides Engevita yeast flakes with B12 added (blue & orange packaging). Those are so yummy & cheese 🤤 Reply
pbsofia Cheesy* 🧀 However, this powdered Nooch by Prozis is far from being yummy... I’ve tried it in soups & smoothies and I couldn’t tell it was in it, though 🤔Reply
