Very filled dumplings. Enjoy a stuffed dumpling, that is stuffed with tofu, black fungus and other vegan goodness.
The sauce is also concocted different. But I cant discern the taste probably mix of some sou sauce, vinegar, and there's some fruity lightness to the sauce~ the portion of sliced fresh radish and carrot on the side is a good complement too.
I just wonder... possible for a pan fry version instead? #abillionlove
