Solid gold! Proven to be anti-inflammatory, and not so strong a spice that you can’t add it to most anything, including baked goods! Except for the colour – which is killer strong!!
**** somebody please show me #abillionlove and tutor me on a not-too-technical way of getting better photos – this turmeric is so diminished in the pic compared to the outrageous vibrancy it has in person.

Try working with natural light! Take pics outside or close to windows - you could also use a very bright, white light 💡 but the natural light is usually easier to find 😉

Your photo looks great to me Mary! 🤩 You show off the vibrancy of the tumeric well. I don’t worry too much about the photo itself, can always give it a “touch-up” with the photo editing tools in your phone. I do that with some photos if they look a little darker or washed out but otherwise, I keep it lazy, snap and post! 😅

The most amazing spice, ever! I almost never cook without it.. And I do like your picture 👌 For better results, use natural light (best to be defused, not direct sunlight) it gives the best results 💡👍
