Solid gold! Proven to be anti-inflammatory, and not so strong a spice that you can’t add it to most anything, including baked goods! Except for the colour – which is killer strong!! **** somebody please show me #abillionlove and tutor me on a not-too-technical way of getting better photos – this turmeric is so diminished in the pic compared to the outrageous vibrancy it has in person.

I try to use a generous portion of turmeric every day. Apparently it’s good for reducing inflammation and I’m starting to like the flavour.
