Hakka tofu at 擂茶树 Thunder Tree — Kate's Review (Feb 23, 2021)

yum!! the topping / filling is made from lotus root, burdock and mushroom i think. tofu was oily but it's super flavourful. finally a side dish here that i'd get again haha
