Hakka tofu

First impression was very very pricey of $1.50 for such a small piece of tofu. Taste is delicious and a definite 4.5/5 , would definitely get again if I’m feeling rich HAHAH

i found it a bit oily but still good! love "minced meat" on top as well as addition of goji berries for some sweetness. though if i had to choose, i'd order the braised tofu over this.

yum!! the topping / filling is made from lotus root, burdock and mushroom i think. tofu was oily but it's super flavourful. finally a side dish here that i'd get again haha

$1.50 for a piece of tofu! I was a little hungry so was looking for a snack HAHA this was quite interesting! kinda like your typical tofu ytf with tofu stuffed with “meat” (can’t remember what it is but I know it’s not mock meat) but the tofu was a little hard tbh. comes with some “auspicious sauce” HAHA like a soup but it was actually gravy. quite okay and slightly peppery with a pretty prominent coriander taste! I’m kinda getting used to coriander so I didn’t mind it haha. not bad overall!! #veganuary
